PRINCIPAL
The Principal of St Augustine’s is Mr Greg Benfield. Greg is an experienced primary educator and has taught in schools throughout Queensland. Greg holds a Diploma of Teaching, a Bachelor of Education, a Graduate Diploma of Education (Religious Education) and a Master of Management.
TEACHING STAFF
All staff are experienced, qualified teachers and are employed by the Director of the Catholic Education Office on behalf of the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Brisbane.
The staff work co-operatively. St Augustine’s teachers have developed a style of teaching that incorporates the best features of traditional teacher-directed mode with co-operative teaching and learning methods. This self-directed and highly motivating approach to learning caters for individual differences and is also ideally suited to the talents and gifts of each pupil in our school.

SUPPORT STAFF
The school is very fortunate to have the services of two school secretaries, a bursar, a technology aide, teacher aides, a library aide, prep teacher aides, a groundsman, a Canteen Manageress and a Uniform Shop Manageress. All these people play an important role in the effective running of our school.
